Cabin Rental Policy

At Patoka 4 Seasons Resort we do ask that our guest respect the policies we have set in place. These policies have been set to make cabin stays at Patoka 4 Seasons Resort the best experience possible for all of our guest.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

  • Reservations cancelled 14 days before the reservation date will be refunded except for a 30% cancellation fee.  Reservations cancelled 13 days or less before the cancellation date will forfeit the whole deposit.  If you fail to show or do not cancel your reservation you will be charged in full for your stay.  No refunds for early check out.

     

DAMAGE DEPOSIT:

  • All reservations require a $300.00 hold on the charge card as your damage deposit.  The hold will be processed the day before you check in.  If there are damages that exceed $300.00, Patoka 4 Seasons has the right to charge the extra on the card.  After you have checked out and there are no damages, the hold will fall off.  This could take 5 to 7 days.  If during your stay, our staff has evidence of damages we will put an additional $300.00 hold on the credit card we have on file for your reservation.
