Cabin Rental Policy

At Patoka 4 Seasons Resort we do ask that our guest respect the policies we have set in place. These policies have been set to make cabin stays at Patoka 4 Seasons Resort the best experience possible for all of our guest.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

  • If cancellation is made 30 days (60 days in peak season) or more before arrival date and the cabin is rebooked for the full reservation, your deposit will be refunded less a 25% cancellation/processing fee.  Deposit is forfeited if reservation dates are not rebooked for full reservation. If a cancellation is made 30 days or less before arrival date and the cabin is rebooked for the full reservation your deposit will be refunded less a 25% cancellation/processing fee.  If it is not rebooked the credit card on file will be charged for the full rental amount.

     No Shows will also be charged for the full amount of the rental on the credit card on file.

     No refund for early departure, late arrival, inclement weather, other acts of mother nature, illness or a death in the family.  Purchase of trip insurance is recommended, especially for those who feel they may be at risk of cancelling.  Trip insurance is available through 3rd party companies.

     

    Wristbands
    During Peak Season Wristbands are required to be worn during your stay.  Lost or replacement wristbands are $5 each. 

     

    Visitor Policy:
    No visitors on Resort Property.  Only registered and paid guests are allowed on Property.

DAMAGE DEPOSIT:

  • All reservations require a $300.00 hold on the charge card as your damage deposit.  The hold will be processed the day before you check in.  If there are damages that exceed $300.00, Patoka 4 Seasons has the right to charge the extra on the card.  After you have checked out and there are no damages, the hold will fall off.  This could take 5 to 7 days.  If during your stay, our staff has evidence of damages we will put an additional $300.00 hold on the credit card we have on file for your reservation.
